We train your staff on all aspects of product and document destruction so that they can dispose of your information properly. We also invite them to observe the destruction process at any time.

As a member of the National Association for Information Destruction (NAID), we take your security and confidentiality seriously and follow their best practices guidelines.

Our uniformed drivers undergo a background and fingerprint check by the County Sheriff's Department and wear a Total Shredding ID Badge. They also undergo drug testing and are trained specifically on how to handle your documents and other media that need to be shredded.

We provide free lockable executive consoles or carts at your place of business or home, so that any documents that need to be shredded can be made completely secure.

We visit your place of business or home on a scheduled or on-call basis. The containers are taken curbside to our mobile document destruction vehicle and the contents are completely destroyed on the premises.

Our specialists never see or handle anything that is in the containers. We will provide a certificate of destruction for your records with your invoice. Our state-of-the-art shredding vehicle is the most efficient in the business.

We recycle what is destroyed and are committed to doing so.
